Return requests can be made within 30 days of the date you’ve received your item. 

At Piccalio, we are doing our part in building a sustainable future and leaving behind a brighter world for future generations. We try our very best to practice sustainable inventory strategy, which means inventory is produced as needed and there is no excess. 

Because of this, we do charge a return fee equal to 20% of what you paid for the product, with the original packaging intact. If you don't have the original packaging, the fee is 25% of the paid value. 

This will be deducted from your refund. Please make sure that your piece is in as-new condition.
