If you decide you need to return a Piccalio product, we are happy to help. See the terms and steps below so that we can process your return. 


Returns Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in as-new condition and original packaging.

Please note:

  • Products shipped outside the contiguous United States are not eligible for return.
  • Gift returns are eligible for store credit.
  • If you received a damaged or defective item, please take advantage of our 3-year warranty by contacting our Help Center for a replacement.

Return Options

You now have two choices for your refund:

1. 100% Store Credit – Choose this option to receive the full value of your return as credit toward your next Piccalio purchase.

2. Cash Refund (minus 20%) – If you prefer a refund to your original payment method, a flat 20% restocking fee will be deducted.

Every return goes through a careful inspection and repackaging process to ensure quality. When you choose store credit, we cover these processing costs as a thank-you for keeping your refund within the Piccalio community — a small choice that helps us operate more sustainably as a family business. If you prefer a cash refund, a 20% restocking fee helps offset the resources involved in handling and repackaging your return.

How to Process Your Return

  1. Visit our Help Center to start the return process.
  2. Sign in using the email address or phone number associated with your original order. (If your return was a gift, please contact us at [email protected] for assistance.)
  3. Provide your proof of purchase, order number, and the shipping address associated with the order.
  4. Once approved, you’ll receive a pre-paid return shipping label within 24–48 business hours.
  5. Pack the item securely, ensuring all parts, tools, and accessories are included.
  6. Drop off your return at your nearest carrier location within 30 days.

Once received, our team will inspect your item and process your refund according to your selected option:

  • Store Credit: You’ll receive a full refund as store credit, issued via email or to your Piccalio account for future use.
  • Cash Refund: You’ll receive a refund to your original payment method, minus the 20% restocking fee.

Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days after your item is received. Credit card refunds generally appear on your statement within 5–10 business days.
